RoboPharma guarantees the durability and reliability of its systems. We are not afraid to go further then development and delivery. We can even say that 10 years guarantee belongs to the possibilities.
Moreover we offer good services in the field of aftercare:
- Maintenance agreements
Maintenance agreements, which takes care of maintenance, errors and repairing for a fixed amount per year.
Besides, all customers with an agreement will be helped with priority. - Modifications
Modifications to systems for changing circumstances (for example productdata, configuration, working methods, etc.). In this way your system can grow and change with your company. - Upgrades
Upgrades, the existing installations can be equipped with the latest developments. You can profit from the latest developments and your installation will always be up-to-date. - Software Updates
Software updates for the user, or as a result of product developments.
Of course it is our service to give you free advice about subjects mentioned above or other subjects.
Service agreements
Your investment has been rapidly returned, but your system needs to be reliable and function as long as possible. That is why periodic inspection and maintenance is very important. And if something goes wrong, you can assume that we will take action quickly. Extra worries, financial risks and administration is not something what the owner/user wants.
All products and systems are developed and produced by RoboPharma. We know how the system works and how to maintain it. With our own, well-educated mechanics and specialists and all parts on stock, it is our pleasure to take care of you .
Therefore you can choose from three types of agreement. The choice will depend on the degree in wich you want to manage the control and exploitation yourself.
Service organization
Some of the specific characteristics of the RoboPharma service organisation are:
- It is an international oriented organization.
- Service by own, well trained staff, consisting of service mechanics and specialists in the field of mechanics, electronics and software.
- All components deliverable from stock.
- An English speaking helpdesk, on working days reachable between 08.00 a.m and 19.00 p.m. On Saturdays between 10.00 a.m and 16.00 p.m on number +31 416 650924.
