Once your pharmacy automation is installed and fully operational we're on hand to make sure it stays that way.

All our systems are developed to maximise the technical lifespan and operational reliability of each installation and we're confident that you can look forward many years of hassle free dispensing.

All our installations come with a year's automatic warranty to give you priority assistance should any teething troubles arise.

Ongoing care

To make sure your automation continues to meet your needs and operate as it should, we offer the following options:

  • Service agreements
    For a fixed yearly fee, we will provide an aftercare service to maintain and service your installation and priority call out should a fault develop.
  • Modifications
    If your needs or systems change overtime, we can make sure that your automation adapts and changes with you.
  • Upgrades
    Helping to make sure that your automation stays up to date with the latest technological developments.
  • Software updates
    Keep up to date on the latest product developments.

Whenever you need help and advice on the ongoing capability and functionality of your automation - just ask.
