Cookie Policy
What robopharma.com stores on your device, who sets it, and how to change your mind.
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Capsa Solutions, LLC d/b/a Capsa Healthcare (“Capsa,” “we,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on robopharma.com. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information we collect.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store. They are used to remember things between pages and between visits — that you dismissed a notice, for example, or that you have visited before. Similar technologies, such as web beacons and pixels, work differently but serve the same purposes, and this policy covers them too. Some information is also kept in your browser’s local storage, which is not a cookie: it stays on your device and is never sent to a server.
What this site uses
We keep this list short on purpose. Everything below is loaded through Google Tag Manager, and everything in the analytics and marketing categories waits for your consent. What the site uses is this:
| Set by | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Adobe Marketo Engage | Powers the contact form and recognises a returning visitor, so an enquiry can be connected to the pages that led to it. Set site-wide, not only on the contact page. | Analytics and marketing. Persistent. |
| Google Tag Manager | Loads the tags listed in this table. Tag Manager itself stores nothing on your device; the tags it loads do. | Strictly necessary. Sets nothing itself. |
| Google Analytics | Measures which pages are read and which parts of the site are used — including when a video is watched, a resource is opened, the floor plan explorer is used, and when a contact form is started and submitted. It tells us what is useful; it does not tell us who you are. | Analytics. Persistent. |
| LinkedIn Insight | Measures whether our LinkedIn advertising leads anywhere, and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. This is advertising, and it is the one on this list most people want to decline. | Marketing. Persistent. |
| CookieYes | Our consent tool. Remembers which categories you accepted, so you are not asked again on every page. | Strictly necessary. Persistent. |
| Vimeo | Serves the videos embedded on our pages and remembers playback preferences. Set only once a video loads, on the pages that carry one. | Functional and analytics. Persistent. |
| WordPress | Runs the website itself. For ordinary visitors this sets nothing; the cookies it can set apply to signed-in administrators of the site. | Strictly necessary. Session and persistent. |
| RoboPharma (not a cookie) | If you dismiss the international site notice, that choice is kept for 30 days in your browser’s local storage under rp-geo-dismissed. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. |
Local storage. |
Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the providers above and can change without notice from us. Our consent tool maintains the current list, with each cookie’s exact name and duration, and is the authoritative record.
The categories we group them into
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to honour your privacy choices. These cannot be switched off, because switching them off includes forgetting that you switched them off.
- Functional. Remember preferences, such as video playback settings.
- Analytics and marketing. Tell us which pages are read and connect an enquiry to the pages that preceded it. These are the ones that require your consent, and nothing in this category runs until you give it.
How to change your mind
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the consent tool on this site. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened, and it does not affect strictly necessary cookies.
You can also control cookies in your browser. Most browsers accept them by default and let you block or delete them in settings; the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge explain how. Blocking cookies in the browser is broader than using our consent tool and may affect how this and other sites behave.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the site changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. We encourage you to check back if you want to know what is currently in use.
