Work Planner (32 to 40 hours per week)

What will you do?

As a Work Planner at RoboPharma in Waalwijk, you coordinate activities and act as the link between engineering and the workshop. You check technical drawings for completeness and function, handle the purchasing and timely delivery of materials, schedule the technicians, and ensure they are well-informed about the tasks. You are the point of contact for colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

You will monitor the progress of projects, resolve any bottlenecks, and contribute to ensuring that our systems are installed on time and functioning properly at the customer’s site. You ensure a smooth process and a satisfied customer.

What are we looking for?

You enjoy working in a structured environment and you have an eye for detail. You’re able to maintain oversight and switch gears quickly when needed. You’re a strong communicator and can work well with a variety of people. In addition, you:

• Have extensive experience in a similar role (experience in machine construction is a plus)
• Have knowledge of ERP systems
• Have a good command of both Dutch and English
