Technical Document Writer (32-40 hours per week)

Are you energized by writing user-friendly content? Ensuring that our customers know exactly how to use our machines without needing to contact support? Then you would make a great addition to our team!

What will you do?

As a Technical Writer at RoboPharma in Waalwijk, you will be responsible for developing English user documentation and other technical documentation for our systems and processes. Since new developments are constantly being made, it is up to you to make the technical translation into clear user manuals and work instructions. By asking the right questions and obtaining information from various disciplines and customers, you will be able to thoroughly understand our systems. Additionally, you will test and update existing documentation and build a database for document management. Since this is a new role in our organization, you have a lot of freedom in its implementation and plenty of challenges.

What are we looking for?

You have the ability to understand technical information and accurately translate it for a general audience. You have a smooth pen and passion for creating instructive content. Additionally:

• You have completed a preferably technical HBO education or have comparable work and thinking level through work experience.
• You have at least a few years of experience in developing manuals and technical documentation. Experience in machine building is a plus.
• You are communicatively strong, proactive, and have attention to detail.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
