For this new position at RoboPharma in Waalwijk, we are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our international sales team. You will staff the commercial back office and work with the Sales Team Leader and two Sales Managers to serve existing customers and further expand the sales of automation systems for logistic processes in healthcare internationally. You are knowledgeable about the product range, manage national and international accounts, easily establish new contacts, and handle all administrative support. And occasionally, you’ll even go out in the field. A challenging and commercial job within a growing organization!


You collaborate with and are the point of contact for our Sales managers for all sales-related customer inquiries. You are the go-to person for all quotation requests, presentations, technical layout drawings, order processing, incoming requests, and gathering feedback from customers. You act as a bridge between sales managers, internal departments, and customers. Whether it’s about project status, product information, or other new requests, you handle it all. You follow up on leads and actively contribute to sales activities, exhibitions, and any other tasks or special projects. You ensure the completion and maintenance of the CRM system.

What do we ask for?

You easily switch between different tasks and prioritize effectively. You are commercially oriented, highly independent, and communicate clearly so that everyone is always well informed. Also, you are precise in gathering data and capable of drawing the right conclusions from it. Additionally:

You have completed education in MTS/HTS (Mechatronics, Logistics, or Technical Business Administration). You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar international commercial back office role. You are proficient with Office, ERP, and CRM systems (CAD is a plus). You are flexible to work with different time zones and willing to travel occasionally (about 10% of your time). You are fluent in English both spoken and written, and preferably also very proficient in Dutch. If you also speak German, that is a plus!
