Project Manager/Project Leader – Technology (32 to 40 hours per week)

What will you do?

As a Project Manager/Project Leader – Technology at RoboPharma, you are responsible for successfully leading technical projects from assignment to execution and delivery, both nationally and internationally. Based on the specifications agreed upon with the customer, our systems are developed in-house and installed on-site. As a Project Leader, you are involved in the commercial preliminary phase and coordinate the various phases of the project, including planning, execution, and delivery. If necessary, you also step in to assist with the work.
You monitor progress and budget. Additionally, you ensure seamless collaboration between internally involved colleagues and external parties, as well as good communication with customers. You organize training and instruction for users and arrange a smooth handover to our Service Department.
Your drive and involvement are conveyed to your coworkers, ensuring that together we can install our systems, functioning well and on time, at our customers’ locations. In short, a challenging, responsible, and contact-rich role.

What are we looking for?

You are ready for a second or third step in your career and want to further develop in project management. You are proactive, able to maintain a good overview, strong in connecting, and very communicative at different levels.
Additionally:

• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) in engineering, such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• You have several years of experience in project management in the technical sector. Experience with machine building and software development is a plus
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. Proficiency in German is a plus
