What will you do as a marketing employee?
Your mission is to increase our brand awareness. To do this well, it is important that you know what is happening in the market and with our customers. Through customer and market research, you quickly gather this knowledge. When you analyze this data, you come up with the first great ideas on how to put our organization and products even more and better on the map. It is up to you to further develop these ideas and then actually implement them. You are also not afraid to set up online and offline campaigns, manage social media, and assist with and set up trade shows.
Your place in the organization
This position is a new role within our organization. You enjoy shaping and sharing content. You report directly to our general manager. Furthermore, you work closely with the marketing department in America, where our parent company Capsa Healthcare is located.

What do we ask?
You see it as a challenge to increase our brand awareness and put marketing on the map within our organization. You have a clear vision, know how to take action, and are creative. Additionally:
- You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) in Marketing.
- You have several years of experience in a similar position.
- You have demonstrable experience with social media.
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
