Position

As a Financial Controller at RoboPharma in Waalwijk, part of Capsa Healthcare, you are not only responsible for controller tasks such as preparing monthly figures and month-end closing, but also for the operational management of the administrative staff who can come to you with all their questions. The Financial Manager can confidently leave everything to you! You have many contacts within the organization to get the right input for the reports. This makes your work extra varied. Together with the Financial Manager, you oversee everything in the field of finance and you think about standardization and structure in our dynamic organization. Your good ideas are certainly welcome and appreciated. You will be part of a larger whole, but you will work within a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Due to the growing size of our organization, it is important that the professionalization step is further implemented. Together with the Financial Manager, you will take this step and be responsible for:

  • Checking and analyzing bookings within the entire financial administration
  • Further developing and preparing accurate monthly financial reports and analyses
  • Improving the administrative organization and internal control
  • Monitoring risks, liquidity, and working capital
  • Supervising internal cost allocations, budgeting, annual accounts, and multi-year planning
  • Providing decision support/management advice and improvement proposals, both upon request and proactively
  • Operational management of the financial administrative staff
  • Providing support during the annual accounts process

What do we ask?

You feel co-responsible for the department’s objectives and can enthuse the team. Additionally:

  • You have HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably a completed HBO education in the financial direction of Accountancy or Business Economics
  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of recent relevant work experience, preferably gained in business. Experience in a technical environment is a plus
  • You have excellent communication and social skills. You are hands-on, independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Finally, you are internationally oriented and have a very good command of the English language
